Frequently Asked Questions and their possible answers.

 

Q.1 Whether the wards of  retired armed force personnel may be admitted on the basis of the transfer certificate issued by educational institutions run by armed forces?

Ans. Yes, admission may be granted if parent has desired to settle at the place after his retirement.

 

Q.2 Whether the children of category I employees transferred during theyear or previous year may be admitted between 10th August to 30th September if class strength is more than 45.

Ans. No, Admission may be given only if class strength is less than 45.

 

Q.3 Whether vacant seats for SC/ST  candidates may be offered to candidates of other categories if enough candidates of cat I&II are not available for dereservation?

Ans. Yes, seats may be offered to candidates belonging to cat III,IV,V,VI&VII(in that sequence), if enough candidates of cat I&II are not available.

 

Q.4 If a child fails to get minimum qualifying marks in class X exam for admission in class XI(Sci or Commerce) , is it not necessary for school to admit the child in class XI if humanities stream is not available or parent do not want to admit in humanities stream?

Ans. No, Admission can be granted only if student has minimum qualifying marks for admission in his/her desired stream.

 

5 whether parents seeking for admission, must be resident of  station or working as govt. servant at the station where desiring for admission?

Ans. Yes.
