MINUTES OF VIDYALAYA MANAGEMENT
COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON 26-03-2011 AT 10.00 AM
A meeting was
held as per the agenda points enclosed, in the library of the
vidyalaya. The Chairman could not attend the meeting as he
was very busy in some unavoidable administrative activity. Sh.
D C Sharma, Dy. Commissioner, Income tax, Jhunjhunu chaired
the meeting on the request of the members present.
A total of
nine members were present. Attendance signed by members is
enclosed.
The Principal
& member Secretary introduced the members to each other and
extended a warm welcome to one & all.
The minutes of
the VMC meeting held on 02.11.2010 were read out by the
Principal. The committee confirmed the minutes after a brief
discussion.
The following
was decided about other points :-
1.
The stage, a small part of which was damaged towards
the end, due to heavy rains this year, is to be repaired as
soon as possible after preparing a detailed plan and estimates
involving PWD/a civil engineer and others locally. The CPWD
should also be involved and requested for a provision for rain
water harvesting along with the repair of the stage.
2.
KVS and CPWD should be requested to construct a
complete whole wing for starting 3rd section along
with necessary no. of class-rooms & labs etc. Administrative
approval & financial sanction be obtained for the same.
3.
Annual Accounts of SF and VVN, should to be prepared as
per KVS norms and presented to KVS,RO,Jaipur in the first week
of April – 2011.
4.
The condemnation of unserviceable non-consumable
articles/items upto the cost of Rs.50,000/- approved. The
Deptt. Wise lists be presented after the survey of items by a
committee for finalization as per KVS rules for the amount
within the power of the
VMC for the session.
5.
Ex-post facto approval for the purchase of one computer
(as required to settle the audit objection) allowed. A
proposal with details be presented for its sanction.
6.
Due to transfer of two members out of Jhunjhunu namely
Dr.Mani Ram Bugalia and Sh.Surendra Kumar, in their place –
Dr. S A Jabbar, Govt. BDK Hospital Jhunjhunu and Sh. Arjun
Singh, A.En, PWD, Jhunjhunu are nominated.
7.
More books for Science subjects and competitions be
purchased.
8.
Plantation/gardening was appreciated.
The
meeting ended with thanks to all the members.
